My computer stopped working. Everything seems to be running properly but nothing shows up on the screen. The plug connection is secure, i've tried different monitors, and i've replaced the power supply.

You need to tell us a few more details.What were you doing when your PC stopped working.
Were you trying to update the bios,When you press the start button do you receive any bleeps. have you added any hardware,What do you think may have caused it.

The computer was running fine. I turned it off. Then the next day tried to turn it on and nothing would show up. There is no beeps. No new hardware. I have no idea what caused it.

Well this is just a guess but from what you say that everything is still running in your tower and as you have not attempted to flash your bios .I think it is the CMOS battery that as gone and needs replaceing.
