Logix 500 monitor. XP Pro. My monitor flashes a screen then goes black. After several tries at switching on and off it usually comes ok. Please Help.wrinkles!

Sounds like your monitor is going out.

To eliminate the monitor try another one (borrow if you don't have another). If the problem persists it may be the video adapter if it goes away you need a new monitor. Also try different resolution and refresh rate.
