Sadly, you told us nothing about your computer despite the request prompting all users to provide that information when starting new threads. 
Please run the TSG Info application then copy and paste the results back here. Also include the manufacturer and model number of your power supply as that information is not provided by the TSG Info application. If you know the number of RAM sticks installed, that may help too. Thanks.
Assuming everything worked fine before moving the computer, it seems likely something was knocked loose during disassembly, or not securely fastened again when reassembled. So start there. Unplug the computer from the wall, open the side panel, then ensure every power and data cable are securely fastened. Then make sure cables in back are tight and secure and in particular the monitor cable is in the correct port.
