Hi my pc with windows 10 installed on it only loads up with a flashing underscore on a black screen, no cursor. However I can start the bios but don’t know where to go from there. I need to know how to start my pc in any way possible.

To confirm, this computer was working before, but not now? Or did you perform an installation and this is what is happening?

The frequent cause of such a problem is when the computer firmware BIOS does not find a boot device
Enter setup BIOS and check what is shown as boot devices and also check if the listed device is shown on the BIOS

Of course it is impossible to provide more detailed explanation at this time as we do not know what the firmware version is or the motherboard - however when you enter BIOS it will tell you on the top of the screen the BIOS type and version

and you can see that the boot device will be shown on the heading - boot
and the list of devices will be shown on the heading main
