If your motherboard has onboard video and you are not using it, be sure to turn it off, because it uses RAM.
Actually that board does not have onboard video; it has ports to support the APU series of processors with onchip video. If a ryzen is installed, there is no onboard video. If an apu is installed along with a real video card, the onchip or onboard is disabled.
Your first pic shows only 8gig total memory. You may have had a memory chip fail, ram not seated, or perhaps a motherboard/slot failure. Pull the memory out and blow out the slots with a can of air. Reinstall memory and be sure it is fully seated. Clear cmos with the clear jumper/pins. Pw ON and enter the bios. See what it shows for total memory.
