Bios Update for hp 8200 elite sff and Ram problem

i have a problem that if the electricity went off or i restarted my computer the PC can't boot no more and i need to change all ram places till it works and i keep rebooting till i can put all my 4x4g of ram 16g all x4 rams, right now it only works with a one piece i couldn't boot it when i put the others, but the rams itself has no problem, i think the problem is in the BIOS not sure though , i tried searching for BIOS updates on the hp site but there isn't any drivers for this model :?
my pc is: HP 8200 Elite Small Form Factor with 16giga old 12800 ram and GT1030 2g Gpu and os windows10 home and proc corei5 2400 4 cores 3.1Ghz
