Bios Help Please

I am trying to update my bios I go to the FIC websight which is the web sight of my mother board and I found an update for my Bios. But when I go to click to download it the next page dont come up for the mirror sight for america. But the mirror sight for taiwan works. My question is can I use the mirror sight to download it from taiwan or will my bios be reading in a different language Help Please!!!!
