Best setting for AGP card

In my system AMD 2800+, 1GB kingston 333mhz ram, MSI kt4ultra motherboard and MSI Geforce4 MX440 Agp card with TV out (64mb, 8x) and Windows XP SP1 is installed. In the Display properties menu i got one tab called "MSI Clock". In which there is two options "Core Clock" and "Memory Clock" related to AGP card. Please tell me the best and stable setting for my AGP card.
