backing up outlook 5

I have recently transfered all my files from Hotmail to Outlook express 5 because of not having enough storage purposes.

Right now, it solved all my problem, but i have a question, what if my HDD crash? Can I do a backup? ie export to a disk/CD?

Please advise. Thanks

thanks mate, I have tried but i guess it will work best for Outlook2000

mine is an outlook express5... i'm trying to do the same as advised in MS but to no avail... any other idea?
