Autoplay & time reset issues

Ever since I used a U3 smart stick to transfer files from my PC to my kids PC I have had nothing but issues. I keep getting loads of Autoplay boxes falshing up all over the screen but there is nothing to autoplay. Have tried to disable autoplay but doesnt work. Now whenever I plug anything into the front usb sockets or other ports such as SD card the computer basically stops.. little egg timer comes up to say its doing something .. the CPU usage goes to 100% but the programmes running is 0.

On a seprtate issue whenever I start up the pc the time has lost hours & I have to reset it every single day. Any ideas anyone. Please help

Hi and welcome to TSG!
Firstly the clock issue, this will be due to your BIOS/CMOS battery dying or it has died.
If you take your computer to any computer repair shop they will be able to help.
If you are compitent with opening your computer yourself, it will be easily visable, and should just be replaced.
Again and computer shop should stock them, although my local watch repair shop does aswell strangly.
