Firstly the clock issue, this will be due to your BIOS/CMOS battery dying or it has died.
If you take your computer to any computer repair shop they will be able to help.
If you are compitent with opening your computer yourself, it will be easily visable, and should just be replaced.
Again and computer shop should stock them, although my local watch repair shop does aswell strangly.
