hello, I turned on my computer today and was faced with a blue screen that says “your pc/device needs to be repaired the application or operating system couldn’t be loaded because a required file is missing or corrupted”. It won’t stay on longer than 2 minutes at a time too. I’ve tried almost everything to get my computer to boot. I can’t even reset my pc! Please help!

From viewing your image, you appear to have a laptop.
If it is indeed an Acer brand, please advise us what the exact SNID number and serial number on it is.

What, if anything, did you do to it before this problem started?

According to those numbers, you have this Acer Nitro AN515-53 15.6" laptop which came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit and these specs:
Intel Core i5-8300H 2.30 GHz processor
8 GB DDR4 RAM
256 GB solid state drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics
1280 X 720 built-in webcam
4-cell 3320mAh Lithium-Ion battery
135W power adapter

Since none of us are there to determine if it's a hardware issue or a software issue with your laptop, you should make use of these 2 webpage links:
