Automated System Defrag

Hi
i run a windows 2000 and windows 2003 servers and want to schedule a defrag to happen at night when the network isnt being used.

i dont mind if it is a program or just a bat file that does this as i can schedule a batch file to run at a certain time.

Go to Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools |

Click Add scheduled tasks
Click Next
Click Browse to C:\Windows or Winnt\System32\chkdsk
Click Open
Choose your chosen schedule
choose your time

Put in a password if necessary, probably an admin one
Click Next then Finish

Repeat

but change to C:\Windows or Winnt\System32\dfrg

Schedule it for an hour later to allow chkdsk to finish
