Hi, you are best served by getting your drivers from the manufacturers site rather then relying on a third party util.
Did your sound work previously, and did it stop hence the need to get new drivers?
Lets see if windows recognizes your sound device. Go to search and type:- command prompt, search will return command prompt, right click on this and select "run as administrator" an elevated cmd prompt will open copy and paste the below cmd into the prompt window:-
wmic sounddev get Caption, DeviceID, PNPDeviceID, Manufacturer, status /Format:List > 0 & notepad 0
