Hi I use Incredimail and have never had this problem before.One of my friends attachments always shows up as a page of lines with only letters,numbers and figures on it.I have no trouble with her other e mail sends only the attachments.Can anyone tell me how I can fix this? Thanks J

I don't use Incredimail, so I don't know specifically what would cause it. What are the attachments that are sent? What is the extension? Possibly .DOC files? Have you checked with your friend to see why theirs are different?
