Hi There,
I recently got a copy of Windows XP Media Center Edition, and Purchaced an ATI TV Wonder VE. I'm having problems getting the video to display when trying to watch live TV. Currently I'm at work so I can't remember the exactly error message that it displays, but it tells me that I should try restarting, ect. I have a feeling that it doesn't like hardware mpeg encoding, but I'm not certain.

Is there any way that you can walk me through fixing this solution? It would be awsome if you were the guys that helped me resolve this issue once and for all.

Thanks Again

WhiteOrb,
If you can give some additional information regarding your issue, we may be able to assist. I've got an ATI AIW 9600XT, and getting everything to play together in WinXP was a bit of a challenge.

Questions:
What ATI Catalyst/drivers do you have installed?
Are you using the ATI MultiMedia Center to launch the TV?
What version is MMC?
Are you using DVD codecs - what kind? (Harware acceleration may cause conflicts)

Give us everything you can think of regarding installed drivers, components, etc.

Chris
