I would say not noticably. The 100/133 MBps is the transfer rate from the circuit board on the hard drive to the motherboard. The media transfer rate, which is the speed of data read from the platters to the circuit board on the drive is about 60MBps. So there's not much - if any - advantage of ATA 133 over ATA 100.

When selecting a drive the media transfer rate is more important than the interface transfer rate.
