Have same mb and experienced similar problem.
First off look to right side of battery.
You will see what looks like two small nubs or bumps for lack of a better description. Short out the bumps for approx. three seconds to restore default bios settings.Now you should be able to boot. The bios in early a7v133 mb's are limited to 900mhz cpu and 100mhz fsb. Go to asus.com and download latest bios update. Once done you can set
clock and bus speeds as you wish.Good luck.
