I have adware as well.

These lines below come across as suspicious to me:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\devsrv.exe
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{3B039531-98C8-4EED-94EA-7D9D699A4812}: NameServer = 62.241.160.200 158.43.240.4

O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\..\{3B039531-98C8-4EED-94EA-7D9D699A4812}: NameServer = 62.241.160.200 158.43.240.4

Also note this partial screen dump from my firewall log.

Boot to safe mode

ALT CTRL DEL make sure this is not running in processes tab devsrv.exe - stop it if it is

Delete C:\WINDOWS\System32\devsrv.exe - enable show hidden if you don't see it

And fix these

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Device Microsoft System] devsrv.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Device Microsoft System] devsrv.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Device Microsoft System] devsrv.exe

Sorry , they tricked me
