I recently removed and then reinstalled windows XP because my computer was running very slowly. I then went to reinstall AOL 9.0 optimized ( this was a disk from the mail) and this is when I started having problems. I get all the way through the install to the last step when you are asked to go and set up the connection and it gives me a yes and no prompt. It says yes to make connection and then the computer basically locks up and I have to shut it down. If I pick no, it doesn't complete the install. I talk to aol and they think my dial-up folder is corrupt. What advice would you have for me?
