anyway to improve my performance when playing bfme?

ok me and my friend we always play bfme but for some reason i lag.. im runnin geforce 6800 ultra 1gb ddr ram and 2.4 p4 processor and most of the video settings are towards the low end but i still get lag...any suggestions?

I'm not sure what bfme is but it sounds like you might have a connection problem. What kind of connection do you have DSL, Cable, or dial-up?
also you might try running a spyware removal program like webroot or spybot. Also you might need to run a windows defrag. Or its your buddys connection!
