My computer has been running kinda slow for the last while, just wondering if anyone can spot any obvious problems here? TIA

Thanks fltman1, I deleted the limeshop, it's actually not uninstallable even though it is in the add/remove programs list. But things don't seem any bit faster, oh well, I guess it's something else...

btw, Thanks for the bump Cookiegal
yeah, actually i've done all that, check disk, defrag, virus scan, disabling startup services (but apparently i missed limewire). I thought may there was something else i'm missing, guess not, thanks anyways
