Animation from Image Ready problem?

I just finshed sliced everything and then run the animation. I looked at the preview on-line and it was prefect!! but I saved the images in the save optimized icon. I opened the folder but saw one of them is disappear or something else. How do I put 3 images in the folder from the animation.
