An unexpected error has occurred, please try again (Amazon)

I need help, please advise

I am filling out an application on Amazon (Web). I have filled out all the information required. I am on the page where I am required to review and submit the application. I go and click the "submit" button, but I get this message "An unexpected error has occurred, please try again."

I've tried every possible way to resolve this issue such as different browser, updating browser, different network, different devices, removing all extensions like adblock, refreshing page, sign out, sign in, clearing history, cookies, caches, etc. I've also tried uninstalling and Installing browser, I've contacted Amazon help center but I guess there help center only supports orders help. There is no specific error code

Please advise, what can I do to resolve this issue

Is the application form something that can be accessed and filled out by anyone or were you given some kind of personal and private link for your use only?

If it is the first case, can you please provide the URL of the application form page? Someone here may be able to test it and analyze why the error may be occurring.

To me, it sounds like the problem may be with the form itself and/or how it is processed by the Amazon server and is beyond your control. The developers may not have thoroughly tested it with all possible valid visitor entered data combinations.

It is a private invitation from Amazon to be there partner. This was a form and I answered everything because If I don't answer one question then I cannot move onto the next question. I am on review and submit page. Now I don't understand what will be a problem on review and submit page.
It might be difficult for someone to figure out the possible cause of the error message without being able to test it first hand.

A search on the Internet for anyone else having the same problem and seeing if they solved it might be one way to resolve your problem. Were you applying to be an Amazon’s Delivery Service Partner (DSP) or some other type of partner?

I am applying on this and I was invited to apply https://freightpartner.amazon.com/marketing/

It cannot be scam. I did not put in sensitive information such ID or SSN nor I was asked. All the information is simple Name, Email, Phone Number and answer questions. Also, I can login into amazon website and view my application, but its not being submitted. I don't get the reason, why?
Then it must be on their end, I was trying to pay on one of my credit cards (CTI) the other day and got the same message when trying to log in "An unexpected error has occurred, please try again.", tried the next day and it worked!

I've been trying from last day. I know it happened to me once on other application of Amazon and that case was even worst than this but I couldn't do anything and I left and tried again after 3 months and everything went well, but at that time I was too late to actually get anything out of that application. So now I don't want to miss opening.
