An suspicious Looking Email

I dont know if this is the Right place to put this or not. But I just gotten an Odd looking email in my Inbox at Yahoo.
The Addy On it was [email protected] ( DONT CLICK ON THAT . )
Now if I remember right , aint anything that has mms in the addy, aint that a red flag that it Could be a virus? Right? I didnt Open it. I Deleted it ASAP when I seen it.
Just wanted to warn you all that if it is Just becareful and dont Open it. K. And if Im wrong Please tell me. For my piece of mind.

Shockwave is a program written by Macromedia, so I think you mean that Macromedia wouldn't stoop so low. But we all know what you mean: I just have a large jar of pedantry I need to use up before it goes stale...

But anyway, I was just a Little leary, because, I remember seeing , MMS as a virus extension b4 at symatec, and in the virus definitons on my virus scanner. Is why I was so cautious. And the fact too. I didnt want to have to Reprogram this thing on the count of a nasty either LOL. Oh God Im so lazy aint I ? LOL . But thank you for everything.
