is it best to turn off your pc or leave it running ,I know people who have not turned there pc off since thay bought it , apparently your pc will run better if you dont power-on & power-off every day........Is this true???????????

Purely a matter of personal preference.

I have administered a large fleet of PC's that were turned off every night with no adverse effects, but a consequential energy saving.

It was relevant in the 1980's probably as hardware was quite different.
