Airplane always on

i had some issues on windows 7, so i upgraded to windows 10, then the problem started
i have a desktop pc and for some reason airplane mode turns on and never gets off
i tried a bunch of solutions i found on internet, nothing seems to work, i reinstalled windows 10 and still the same thing happens
i really need help, because its not like i stay whitout internet... its because internet is always going down like 2 sec difference between drops
if im playing a online game, i can play it with no difference, but if im waiting in a lobby for a friend or something, internet goes down
steam is always going down too for exemple

msi gtx 960 gaming 2g
i5 4690k
8gb Ram
