adobe flash player virus?

Hi,
I am running W7 with IE11 and Panda free AV.
I keep getting the message that I need to download and install latest version of AFP, which I think I have already did. Even my local new channel gives me the same message to download AFP.
Either my computer doesnot recognize AFP or maybe it somekind of virus that is constantly asking me to download AFP. Attached below is the Sysinfo I just ran:
