If NO password was set, you may just try using the "Enter" key.

As DaveA mentioned, it is possible that a password was never set. Have you tried leaving the password entry blank?

If you are the primary user of the computer and use a password for your account, try that password.

At recovery console I need administrator password. Where do I find it.

In your memory or wherever you recorded it for safekeeping.

on these recovery consoles there is a drop down arrow and the default is often admin put curser on the drop down arrow and find your user name then you can type in your password for your account

In xp user accounts like the admin aren't required to have a password so try leaving the password box empty.
