I'm having trouble activating Active Virus Shield each time I put my activation code it is as if the program doesn't recognize that i am connected to the internet (just a suspicion there isn't a popup that says so) and i can't click on the next button.

P.S. I'm 100% sure my activation code is correct. (the one i got from the email that was sent to me)
