And another thing! How to I run the "Channel Subscription Wizard?!?" I want it!

OK, OK. What's up with Active Channels?! I have WinME, and IE6. My Active Desktop works great, but why don't I have an option for the channels bar. I want it! Where can I get it? (And how can I set up the "Channel Screen Saver" to use items? HELP!
