The Acer Veriton N281G ultra slim desktop appears to be 9 - 10 years old and appears to have come with Windows 7.
It has a massively weak processor and massively weak graphics device:
It supports a maximum of 4 GB of DDR3-1333 RAM - which yours is already maxed out with.
Considering how massively weak and how old its hardware is, I'm surprised that you were able to install Windows 10 in it.
Its graphics device has had no driver support since Windows 7, so that's why you're having an issue with it in Windows 10.
Switching its HDD to a SSD will not improve speed or performance to any degree to justify its cost.
I sure hope you paid very little to buy it and can possibly get a refund.
