I was looking at buying a new computer that could handle medium games, but I couldn't decide if I should go with the 256GB SSD which would be faster or the 1TB HD which is cheaper and has more storage. As I don't know much about computers I thought some with some knowledge about these systems could help. Thanks!

That's really a question for you. Do you want the much faster speed or do you need the much larger storage space?

If you currently have a computer, how much space are you using on it?

If you're shopping for a computer(desktop or laptop?) that will provide you with a quality gaming experience, you need to focus on more than just its hard drive.
Its processor, graphic device, amount of RAM, etc. are important.
If it's a desktop, its power supply is also important.
