To all of you who are positng in those Italian language threads, I strongly recommend you discontinue it. While I (we the moderators) can stop foriegn language threads on the basis that I (we) cannot moderate in a different language, I (we) cannot stop our Italian friends from posting stupid threads in English anymore than I can stop anyone else from posting a thread on the basis that its stupid (as much as I would love to do that!)
Take my strong advice and help the site by NOT POSTING IN ANY OF THESE THREADS!. I believe you all know what and who I am talking about.
PS--this is has nothing to do with posting in Italian and everything to do with maintaining the environment that everyone enjoys here.
I am closing this thread as I don't want to debate the issue--just offering some advice.
And as to our new found Italian Friends, we welcome your involvement here and hope you enjoy yourself. Please review our rules and try to keep your posts to good fun without infringing on others rights to do the same.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO MAY NOT UNDERSTAND--THIS POST RELATES TO AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED HERE ON OR ABOUT 1/7/03. Please go back and review the threads on or near that date to understand the context of this post or e-mail myself or any other moderator for an explanation.
