A problem with ACME BH420 earbuds

Hello there.
I have those earbuds: https://www.acme.eu/sites/default/files/files/support/2020/BH420_manual.pdf
I can successfully connect them to an iPhone SE of mine with Bluetooth. When they're connected, I have no problems with using it to listen to the audio.
The problem is that I can not connect those earbuds to the laptop of mine. When I turn on my earbuds to the "discovery mode", I press the "connect a Bluetooth device" button, but it does not find my Acme BH420 device. (http://prnt.sc/widylm, the language is in Lithuanian).
The description of my laptop:
Model - Samsung NP350V5C
Operation system - Windows 10
The things which I have already tried:
Updated Bluetooth drivers: https://prnt.sc/wie2xg I also tried to delete them and re-install them.
Made those things from "manual" to "automatic": https://prnt.sc/wie42k
Also, I have read on the Internet that the reason for this problem could be that these earbuds may not be compatible with my laptop. Could it be such a case? I can not seem to find the list of devices that these earbuds are compatible with.
I'm looking forward to hearing from You ASAP. Thanks.
P.S. Maybe I need to add some extra information about my laptop?
You should be able to see all of the details of the earbuds in the first link of this post.

I find bluetooth headphones/earbuds to be a pain when pairing. I tend to turn off my iphone's bluetooth option, then force the headphones to be in discovery mode and then my computer finds them.

Also, the compatibility could also be the problem. The bluetooth should be Version 4. Have you connected any other bluetooth devices to your laptop before?

I have just tried to connect my iPhone SE to the laptop with bluetooth, but it seems like the laptop also can't find this phone, not only earbuds. I have no clue what to do.
I don't believe the iphone is able to do that. My iPhone doesn't connect to my laptop that way

I think so too now. Do you have any ideas what should I do with my earbuds?
make sure they are off. Then make sure that you turn off your bluetooth on your phone.

Next go to the bluetooth option in Windows then click on Add Bluetooth device, then turn on your earbuds to see if shows up.

Still doesn't work.

Hi Tit4s, What type of internet connection do you have? A WIFI or wired connection? If there is an ethernet cord plugged in and your ISP provides a WIFI, disconnect the ethernet and connect to the WIFI.

Are there other devices using the Bluetooth connection? If so, disable other Bluetooth devices and try again.

You also want to make sure that there is no interference with radio frequency devices such as Microwaves, power cables or anything that is interfering to your Bluetooth signal.

The version of bluetooth on the laptop is too old to work with the earbuds.
One last attempt (and btw that screen shot of Device Manager would have help earlier ;)) is for you to look at this thread:

It looks like there has been some issues with that BT device adapter after upgrading to Windows 10. If this doesn't work then look at purchasing a USB Bluetooth adapter. Version 4 is about $10 and Version 5 is about $20.
