As some might know, two weeks ago my computers mainboard went shot. Bam. Nothing. Computer would not start. I tried checking beep codes(since it would start booting, but not get past the AMI screen), but the one that it said made a problem. The thing is, if it has to do with the memory or processor, which it apparently did, but they are both onboard unfortunantly. Now im finally getting a new one(believe me its not a good one anyways). I searched around for one thats pretty good and low priced, this is the best i found.

Now, i found it by searching at pricewatch.com for motherboard combos. I searched for ones with athlon xp 2000, 2100, 2200, etc. Next problem comes.

Heres what i have now

Its form factor is micro atx. Now i have to get a mobo thats also micro atx. What im wondering is, why are all the micro atx boards more costly than others? Whats the difference? also, what do you think of the board.
