I used them once in my area when we were looking for a kitten. Didn't work but from what I remember folks give away a lot of good stuff.

I've used the one in my hometown...got some nice things for free I needed...the last being a quilt and some really nice clothes for my son...the people even delivered it right to my house as I'm disabled! :up:
