I recently reformated my computer that had 95 on it and made the mistake of not using 98se upgrade now I cant install anything do I have to install new drivers and how do I go about it

Are you trying to install 95 or 98? Either way, if you formatted your drive you will need new drivers. Most of them are probably included with Windows.
