Was surprised that no one started a thread on this yet. This weeks divisional play-offs line up:

Saturday, Jan. 15
4:30 p.m. on CBS
N.Y. Jets at Pittsburgh

8:00 p.m. on FOX
St. Louis RAMS at Atlanta Sunday, Jan. 16

Sunday, Jan. 16
1:00 p.m. on FOX
Minnesota at Philadelphia

4:30 p.m. on CBS
Indianapolis at New England

Now, my RAMS have had a really weird year. Win or close in the tough games, lose the easy games. Get into the play-offs with an 8-8 record. But, looking at the NFC, I don't see one team that couldn't make it to the Super Bowl.

I think Philly was a dominant team early, but losing TO really hurts them. Pretty much have the same team they had the last three years when they didn't make it.

I think the AFC is the better of the two conferences this year, but, on any given Sunday, you never know what will happen.

I am hoping for RAMS beating the yard birds, the Vikes over the eaglettes, Steeltown over the Nyets, and the steam rolling Indy over the injured patsies...

Any one else watching NFL football ?

I know everyone thinks this will be Pittsburgs year.......and you may be right, I think its gonna come down to whos team is the healthiest. Seems they all have their share of injuries comming into this.

The one thing I have to like right now for the RAMS is that they are just getting healthy now. We lost 2/5th's of our OLine in pre-season, half of our D-Back's early in the season, and we struggled early and often. Now, the starters that can have come back and the fill-ins have gotten use to the system.

I like our chances...

Whatcha doin' rooting for da Rams? You from StL, LA, or just like their spiffy cheerleaders? Seriously, just curious. I'm orginally from StL, and was surprised to see someone else cheering them on. Altho' kinda dissappointed in a team that can't even get over 0.500 has a chance to win the Super Bowl??? But, as you said, they've played very goofy this season.

Anyhow, the hobbes predicts:
