Hi there, I'm sat here at my mum's at the moment, and she really needs to me help fix a computer error for her  I've googled and searched and can't seem to fix the error, if you could help me asap I would really appreciate it please

Basically, she has two user accounts on her pc - both set to admin. She uses admin B all the time and admin A rarely.

Admin A contains Microsoft Office (preinstalled on the pc), but she can't access it from Admin B - which is what she ultimately wants to do.

How can I set it so she can access it from her regular admin account (B)?

I hope this is clear enough and thank so much in advance of your kind help :D

Happy New Year :)

Yes I did

The error is that I can't access Microsft Office applications on the Admin B account, when I can on Admin A account :( (i.e. 2 administrator accounts)

I don't think it should be in this forum, should it?

I can open them fine within one admin user account, but not the other admin user account (2 accounts in total). They're not listed in the program files at all on the other admin account - so there's no error as such if you see what I mean

pinky,

What happens if you type, "winword.exe" in a run command and press enter?

It sounds (and I don't mean to make your problem trite) that you simply need to copy the shortcuts to the programs over.

From the Working Admin account,
1. Go to "MY COMPUTER"
2. Choose Local Disk "C:"
3. "Documents & Settings
4. Now choose Tools (from top menu bar)
5. "Folder Options"
6. The 2nd Tab marked "View"
7. Mark "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
8. Back in the window choose the profile of the "Working Administrator Account"
9. Click the "Start Menu" folder
10. Choose "Programs" folder
** Now copy the ones you want and follow the above steps to the same spot on Administrator B or All Users as Cyber stated.
