100% cpu

have spyware blaster, avg a/s, spyware terminator, spybpt, adaware6. run all very often they come up with nothing now.
computer is very slow processes show explorer.exe, iass.exe, and adobe pro, are bouncing between 0 and 90 irratically. idsabled all running programs no change. computer will run ok for a while then mouse will get very jerky and comp will slow to a standstill .
