“No signal from your device”

I've just bought the pc. The only thing I need for it was the RAM so I got that put it in and attempted to turn it on. However my monitor keeps saying "no signal for your device" I've tried both DP and HDMI cables but it still says the same thing. And yes I did make sure the cables were plugged in all the way. I have no clue what the problem is!

Hi and welcome to TSG.

A few quick things to check that may help someone here to help you.

Are you connecting the monitor to the video connectors on the video controller card and not to the video connectors on the motherboard?

Are you sure you purchased the correct RAM modules?

Did you purchase the computer fully assembled and tested, with only the RAM missing?

What is the status of the EZ-Debug lights on the motherboard upon power up?

They said assembly and test was included.
I have DDR4 on an AMD RYZEN FM4 Motherboard.
I am connecting the DP cord to the video controller card.
I don't see where do I look on the motherboard for the EZ-Debug lights because I looked and I couldn't find them.
