    Hi peeps, so I did something stupid... I disabled all my services under msconfig and restarted my PC, now when it boots my Windows 10 "welcomes" me and then shows me a blank screen where I should usually type my password to log in, I have tried the Shift + Restart to try and boot in recovery...
