  1. Do It Yourself (Not Computer-Related)
Hi, I bought a new Hisense A6/65K tv. It looks really good at Costco, like most TVs do because they're running a feed through them. However when I brought it home and set it up through the cable tv box, with a new HDMI cable, the cable channels show the picture as it should look. Unfortunately...

It randomly started doing this. As far as I know, there was no event that caused this. If I unplug the TV, it stops, but then starts it again after about 5 minutes of being on and doesn't stop until it is unplugged again.

I was trying to transfer my photos from Samsung phone SD card to an external hard drive. To do this, I connected the phone to laptop via USB, and hard drive also via USB. I then selected all the photos from my phone folder on the laptop, Ctrl-X (cut), and then Ctrl-V (paste) into the hard drive...

We purchased a 55" Samsung TV (AU8000) with sound bar and woofer. (A430) We got everything connected, but the woofer would not pair or connect to sound bar. To our dismay, the sound bar DID NOT come with a remote. Sure, it came with batteries in the box, but no remote and yes you read that...

Hi I'm always a bit slow to accept new technology so I've never even considered using Google Pay, though I'll happily use my cards! I've read a magazine article today about using it and about it being safer than using a card as the details are encrypted & are kept on your phone, not on Google's...

As Motorola is owned by the Chinese company Lenovo, are their smartphones safe to buy, or do they carry a greater risk then say - Samsung, Apple, or Google Pixels? (Not that any of them are necessarily totally trustworthy, but I'm assuming the Chinese owned brands are worse.)

Hello. I have recently acquired a Samsung A41 phone and I noticed on Monday that it loses its network when I leave home, therefore, I can't use my sat nav app effectively. It works fine at home and in the garden. It's not just that it can't use data away from home, my sat nav app said it...

Hello all! I hope you are well! I have a Samsung S6 that is having Bluetooth issues. I am using some earbuds, and they work great, but only within a very short range. Like maybe 1-3ish feet. It almost seems like the phone's Bluetooth signal strength is low or something. I think I've had this...

I have a Samsung 9, operating on Android. Seems to happen every time I install security camera app. Over 45 gigs of data generated in only 30 days, which is unprecedented for me as I only average about 3 gigs per month. Thanks.
