    When turning on laptop, only boots to BIOS when pressing F10 key. Otherwise, the screen is a greyish color with no activity showing. A recent Windows 10 upgrade was installed. The laptop is ; HP TouchSmart Notebook - 15-r137w Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
