    I bought a bare bones pc (no hard drive, no dvd, no os) originally was a FX 4300 cpu that was rated at 4 GHz but it was 3.8 so I returned it. They upgraded it free to a FX 4350 rated at 4.2 GHz but it is only running at 2.81 GHz now. Have sent them this boot message I get ever time it boots "...
